Elizabeth the ferret in need of a home

2 yr
More Info:
Elizabeth is a sensitive little sole. She came into us on the 13.07.2019 in a very poor condition. She was covered in tick and due to this was anemic. She was very scared of the hospital team when she first came in, which was very understandable due to her health and being in a different environment. The team at the shelter, including volunteers have worked hard with Elizabeth to gain her trust and confidence around people. She will accept treats out of our hands and head strokes now which is a huge achievement for Elizabeth! She is a very petite ferret and she has the cutest little face! Elizabeth's ideal future family would need to be aware she needs time to build her confidence with an individual, we need to find her an owner that will be very patient and understanding of this. Three words to describe our Lizzy is: Gentle, sweet and timid. If you think you are the perfect owner for Elizabeth please contact us for further information!
