At the GSPCA we currently have 3 cats in need of support.
You may have heard the story of Popeye the cat. Sadly Popeye has a very poorly eye that requires additional investigations and an operation. He came in with a cat called Grayson after their owner sadly passed away. We would love to rehome them together, but before we can we need to get Popeye fit and well.

We also have a cat called Morgan that is a 19 year old deaf male cat. He is certainly one of the friendliest cats at the GSPCA and although he has had a series of treatments which have included injections to help his mouth we need to test to check his thyroid glands and his kidneys before he can find a forever home.

Just over 3 weeks ago a young cat called Tortoga arrived at the Animal Shelter. She is only just over a year old and a little timid. After seeing the vet it looks like she may have had a tougher start in life than most as they believe she has a heart problem. We are unsure exactly the cause and she now requires a series of tests to look into the reasons for this.
