Yesterday once again at the GSPCA we were lucky enough to have help from KPMG staff for the fourth year in a row.

The team of 8 staff from KPMG arrived at 9am where after a short induction were set to work painting an area of the new build we have been unable complete due to funds.

Thanks to a donation from KPMG not only have they helped provide the supplies to decorate the walls they also  supplied a team to carry out the work.

Alice Perfitt, Andy Creber, Vickie Presland, Jane Liang, Nicole Hewlett, Sara Martin, Naomi Johnston & Rosie Grimes worked all day decorating what was planned to be the new quarantine and isolation area.

At the GSPCA we are exploring potential uses for the area and thanks to KPMG we now have the walls looking brighter and very pleasant.

We also have to thank KPMG for getting involved with 'Take Your Dog to Work Day'at the end of June which not only proved great fun for their team also helped raise much needed funds for the GSPCA.

Steve Byrne GSPCA Manager said '"We are hugely grateful to the team at KPMG as they are true caring animal supporters who have helped us in so many ways over the last 4 years."

"From donations of office equipment during their move to joining in with our Giant Animal Mascot Race at our annual Seafront Sunday, being involved with dress down days to bring your dog to work day, volunteering their time at the GSPCA to helping promote what we do within their team, KPMG are true stars and we really do appreciate all of their support at the GSPCA."

"The team from KPMG arrived at 9am looking very smart, but after a full day painting they left looking like they had all worked very hard."

"I must give a special mention Martine Marshall at KPMG who organises the volunteer days and is such a lovely lady supporting the work of the GSPCA."

"If any Business or group would like to help at the Shelter then they can check out more details on our web site or by giving me a call on 01481 257261."

"Once again to all the staff that helped out and to those at KPMG a massive thank you for all of your help it really is very much appreciated."
