Meet Roo!
Roo is a sweet and sensitive 6-year-old Kelpie cross with a heart full of love. Roo is a naturally anxious boy who finds comfort in human companionship and doesn’t like being left alone for long periods. He’s looking for a home where someone is around most of the day.
Roo enjoys the company of other dogs and loves a good play session. He could happily share his home with another dog, provided proper introductions are made.
Roo has previously lived with older children and would do well in a calm, respectful household. However, he’s not suited to a home with cats.
Roo struggles with lead walking and finds the hustle and bustle of typical walks overwhelming. Because of this, we're looking for a calm, experienced home where his new family can continue working patiently on his confidence. a home with ample land where he can exersice at his own pace would be ideal. A secure, spacious garden or country side setting would allow Roo to enjoy the outdoors without the stress of lead walks.
Despite his worries, Roo is an incredibly sweet and affectionate dog.
If you think you could be the calm, experienced home Roo is waiting for, we'd love to hear from you.
