Shadow has a learned obsessive neck scratching behaviour that requires ongoing management and behaviour training. This is something that’s already being worked on and will need patience and consistency to continue. it’s a long term commitment, not a quick fix.

He’ll be endlessly entertaining, oddly charming, and never, ever boring.
