We would like to say a big thank you to the organisors and all of the supporters of the Motor Seafront Sunday last month.
The GSPCA were kindly allowed to take a stall and thanks to Kevin Beausire, Michelle Champion and other helpers we had a great day raising funds for the many animals in our care and talked to many about our work and animals in need of homes.
We always enjoy attending the many events around Guernsey and always love to hear from those that would like us to join them as it helps the work of the GSPCA in so many ways from raising the funds for the 1000’s of animals we help every year to recruiting new volunteers, finding animals new homes to having a little bit of fun.
Michelle Champion GSPCA Charity Shop Supervisor said “We had a fantastic day at the Motor Seafront Sunday and raised an amazing £600 for the many animals at the GSPCA.”

Steve Byrne GSPCA Manager said “A huge thanks to all involved with the Motor Seafront Sunday, we really enjoyed coming down and had a fantastic day.”
“August is a really busy month for us at the GSPCA and this weekend we will have over 500 animals in our care, we will have an entry in the Torteval Scarecrow Festival and we will be helping the Greenacres Dementia Care Home Fun Day and Dog Show at St Martins Community Centre.”
“We are always looking for volunteers to help at these events and always love to hear from those keen to get involved.”
“On Monday at 630pm we also have our next Volunteer Induction Evening and all are welcome.”
