The GSPCA are hugely thankful to the regular and continued support of Le Friquet Garden Centre.

Not only have they helped volunteer, with unique projects and events like Family Fun Days and our Memorial Garden, but ever month they supply much needed goods and items for the animals in our care.

At the beginning of each month a member of the GSPCA team head down to Le Friquet Garden Centre to collect much needed supplies for the animals in our care.

We are hugely grateful for all donations and Le Friquet Garden Centre help provide us with well over £600’s worth of supplies throughout each year.

On Monday GSPCA Manager Steve Byrne went along to collect some special Arden Grange Sensitive food which is used to feed dogs with upset tummies before they are put up for adoption and Applaws cat food to help feed some of the fussier cats in our care in need of homes.

Head of Le Friquet Garden Centre Pet Department Natalie Vile met Steve with the donation and for a quick picture on Monday.

Steve Byrne GSPCA Manager said “We cannot thank Le Friquet Garden Centre enough for all they do to help us at the GSPCA and animals in our care.”

“From sharing posts on their social media to family fun days, plants for our Memorial Garden to pumps for the sea turtle we had, these are just a few of the ways Le Friquet garden Centre have supported us.”

“This year some of their staff have been up to the GSPCA to volunteer and every month we receive regular donations which are very much needed and appreciated to help the dogs and cats in looking for good homes.”

“It was great to pop in and see Natalie on Monday and a huge thanks for the wonderful donation.”

“Le Friquet Garden Centre have supported us in so many ways and we are hugely thankful to their great team and wonderful support.”

“Some of the top items we really need to help the animals in our care include Felix & Whiskas adult & kitten food, Chappie Dry & Tinned, James Wellbeloved Dog & Cat Burns, Senior cat food, Iams or Arden Grange, Honey, Hay, Bird Seed, Mealworms, Hedgehog food, Rabbit Food and Ferret Food to mention just a few.”
