Listen in to BBC Guernsey Jenny Kendall-Tobias talking to GSPCA Manager Steve Byrne and to bird experts Jamie Hooper and Tim Earl about the cat that recently got a rare bird at a nature reserve.

The GSPCA asks owners to please train your cats not to hunt or use safety collars with bells on them if you let them out.  By using these collars you can help let the wildlife know they are being stalked.  Over 265 million wild animals and birds are predated on by cats across the UK every year.  Safety collars with bells are on sale at the animal shelter now for under £3.
