After the huge success of the Puffin Parade held last year which raised over £140,000 between the GSPCA and Autism Guernsey both charities are delighted to be working together once again in 2025 to bring to Guernsey the Dolphin Discovery Trail 2025.
Both the GSPCA and Autism Guernsey do vital work within our community. Events such as last year’s Puffin Parade not only raise valuable funds but provide a huge amount of fun for islanders and visitors alike. Next year’s Dolphins Trail promises to be both memorable and spectacular.
After the huge success of the Puffin Parade held last year which raised over £140,000 between the GSPCA and Autism Guernsey both charities are delighted to announce they will be working together once again and in 2025 bringing to Guernsey the Dolphin Parade.
Both the GSPCA and Autism Guernsey do vital work for our community and animals and with the Puffin Parade raising so much as well as being a huge amount of fun, in 2025 islanders and visitors alike will be treated to a Parade of Dolphins.

Local Freemasons and Directors of Autism Guernsey Worshipful Brothers, Jerry Girard, Dr Nick King and Andrew Sparks joined forces with the GSPCA Manager and a Brother Steve Byrne, to raise badly needed funds for both charities by offering sponsorship of 60 handcrafted puffins which were individually painted by artists, school children, community groups and companies from across the island.
On Tuesday the GSPCA and Autism Guernsey hosted the Puffin Parade auction which was an amazing evening and the amount raised from the auction has now gone up an extra £200 to £98,400.
There are many stories to tell about the new homes of the many Puffins and one that warms the heart is Dudley.
Dudley was sponsored by Dowding Signs and during the Parade was placed outside the Farmhouse Hotel was originally painted by St Martins Primary School.
On Tuesday 12th September 2023 all 60 Puffins from the Guernsey Puffin Parade for the first time were all in one place in their glory.
After an epic undertaking by all involved in putting together the Guernsey Puffin Parade all 60 Puffins were put on display at St Pierre Park Hotel ahead of the auction.
The day saw 1000’s of islanders and tourists visiting the 60 puffins and also donating and purchasing Puffin Parade raffle tickets and tickets to attend the auction.
