Over £80,000 Raised at Dolphin Discovery Trail 2025 Auction for GSPCA and Autism Guernsey

Last night, the Dolphin Discovery Trail 2025 culminated in a spectacular charity auction at the Peninsula Hotel, raising over £40,000 on the night and more than £80,000 in total for Autism Guernsey and the GSPCA.

With just 5 days to go until the Dolphin Discovery Trail Auction, excitement is building as islanders prepare to bid and out bid for one of the 62 beautifully decorated dolphins in aid of the GSPCA and Autism Guernsey.

Thanks to the incredible team at Artex, all 62 dolphins have now been collected from across the island. These stunning sculptures have captured the hearts of thousands, with over 1,000 participants joining the TurfApp treasure hunt.

We have already had a number of bids on the 62 dolphins starting at £500 being emailed to [email protected].

This week thanks to the incredible staff at Artex all 61 Guernsey dolphins from the Dolphin Discovery Trail in aid of Autism Guernsey and GSPCA have been collected, with the final dolphin on route when the weather is fine from Herm.

The dolphins have been an incredible spectacle for islanders and visitors alike with over 1000 participants with the turfapp treasure hunt app.

With over 1,000 users on the Turfhunt app, the trail has been a resounding success, bringing colour, creativity, and community spirit to Guernsey.

Steve Byrne GSPCA Manager said “Last month the GSPCA and Autism Guernsey were delighted to say that the Dolphin Discovery Trail treasure hunt app has gone live and since 100’s have been getting involved.”

“After lots of testing you can visit Turfhunt and if asked for a code use EADASD.”
