The Purple Poppies were on sale at Creature Comforts, Gaudions, Venture Garage, Trev’s Motorcycles, Les Eturs Vets, Guernsey Animal Aid, Vets 4 Pets, at the GSPCA and our Charity Shop in Smith Street.

On sale at the GSPCA and a number of other locations for a minimum donation of £1 the proceeds will help animals in Guernsey.
Our opening hours are 9am to 5pm Monday to Saturday and 11am to 4pm on Sunday.

These Purple Poppies are on sale to raise awareness and to remember all animal victims of warfare.

The purple poppies were kindly made by some members of the St Martins WI group who meet at Pat Pursey’s west coast home to knit and natter.
Sam Reach and her mum, Valerie who lives in France but loves animals also wanted to lend their support and helped with knitting and assembly of the purple poppies.
