Last week Guernsey Gifts were in the OSA Recruitment Pop Up Shop.
They were stocking a wide range of locally inspired and created souvenirs, greetings cards, towels, t-shirts and more.
Whilst they were there they were helping raise funds for the many animals at the GSPCA.
Steve Byrne GSPCA Manager said "We'd like to thank Carolyn Amer from Guernsey Gifts for the wonderful donation of £50 which she raised through the sale of her goods at the OSA Pop Up Shop in Smith Street."
The GSPCA would like to say a huge thank you to Holeshot who kindly donated some of their shop fittings to our Pop Up Shop at the GSPCA in St Andrews
Holeshot who have now moved on to the Pollet in St Peter Port with HS2 kindly donated a number of rails and sections of shop fittings which have helped immensely in our Pop Up Shop which is open 9am to 5pm Monday to Saturday.
When you pop in to the Shelter all you need do is follow the paw prints on the floor from reception and on route you can see a number of the birds in our care as well as cats in need of homes.
This weekend we have closed the doors of our Pop Up Charity Shop which is at the Animal Shelter in St Andrews.
Normally open Monday to Saturday 9am to 5pm we have closed the doors for the team at the GSPCA to erect new shelving which was recently kindly donated from the Stonelake store that moved from St Peter Port to the Bridge.
We are extremely grateful for the fantastic shelving and over the next few days volunteers are moving stock and setting up the new shelves and we are hoping to reopen early next week.
Today we opened the doors to our on site Pop Up Charity Shop and saw dozens of shoppers buying clothes to pet food.
A huge thank you must go to Michelle Champion who has not only helped set up the shop with her friends and family, she spent much of the first day serving customers.
The shop is situated in part of the new build which was left undeveloped and has rows of goods on sale and even a changing room to try on the clothes.
It is open 9am until 5pm Monday to Saturday and over £100 was raised in the first day.
