Sunday the GSPCA held our 13th Animal Welfare Seafront Sunday since 2012.
Every year we the GSPCA are kindly allowed to take over the heart of the island as in St Peter Port harbour to run an event to celebrate animals in Guernsey.
Steve Byrne GSPCA Manager said “The GSPCA Animal Welfare Seafront Sunday is without doubt our biggest event of each year.”
“To be allowed to take over the Seafront each year to celebrate animals and our community is truly humbling and we are so grateful to all involved and of course all that support this amazing event.”
As mentioned in a post today there are only 3 days to go as on the 18th May 2025 between 10am to 4pm the GSPCA will once again be organising a day to celebrate the
There will be stalls and fun for all the family; humans and canines.
We'll have a fancy dress competition, children's games area, lots of food and refreshments, a fun dog show, arts and crafts stalls, local charities, entertainment and so much more........
The day starts from 10am and will take place along the Seafront in St Peter Port.
Only 3 days to go as on the 18th May 2025 between 10am to 4pm the GSPCA will once again be organising a day to celebrate the animals in Guernsey and all the wonderful work that is done to care for them.
We are extremely grateful to all those that made last 13 years such great days and we are hoping this years will be bigger and better.

Only days until the first Seafront Sunday of the year and it is the GSPCA Animal Welfare Seafront Sunday.
Judge yet to be announced but we are delighted to release pictures of our new specially rosettes and some new classes.

With just over 2 weeks to go to the BIGGEST day in the GSPCA calendar we are calling on volunteers that can help with our BIG day.
With over 100 stalls and much to see and do the GSPCA is buzzing with activity for the 13th Animal Welfare Seafront Sunday taking place during our 152nd year on the 18th May.
Last month the GSPCA ran our 12th Animal Welfare Seafront Sunday and what an amazing day it was.
With the Guernsey Ultra and Guernsey Boat Show there were over 200 stalls and things to do and see.
The day has raised so far over £6000 and rising due to amazing donations like that from Granite Goat.

With the Guernsey Ultra and Guernsey Boat Show there were over 200 stalls and things to do and see.

"We saw so many happy animals and owners but we have a sad tale of a stray ipod which is now in our care."
"The escaped iPod that was found as a stray & handed to us after being caught in the free kids zone on the Crown Pier."
"Sadly it was found with no lead or collar, so no ID tag."
"Its got chips in it, but not a microchip to id the owner & wasn’t claimed on the day."
