Last weekend at the GSPCA Animal Welfare Seafront Sunday we had a huge undertaking getting everything needed from the GSPCA on to the Seafront and back in the hours allowed.

For the 6th year we were overwhelmed by the kindness of so many volunteers and businesses who helped not only transport everything back and forth but all those that helped through the day.

We must make a very special thank you to Gary from GMTL Transport Service and Van Hire, Dave Brook Plumbing and GFF who without their help would have had a huge challenge getting all of the tents, toys, cages and even the animals to where they were needed.

Steve Byrne GSPCA Manager said "It is truly amazing the kindness and community spirit we have here in Guernsey and a huge thank you to all involved last week at the Animal Welfare Seafront Sunday from the team at the GSPCA."

"An extremely special thanks must go to Gary from GMTL Transport Service and Van Hire, Dave from Dave Brook Plumbing and Matt from GFF as without their vehicles and help we couldn't have got all the games, toys, tents, cages and even the animals to where they needed to be in the times we had to prepare and pack up."

"We had a fantastic day celebrating animals in Guernsey and are back again on the Crown Pier this Sunday for the Arts special seafront day."
