We have to say a huge thanks to OSA Recruitment who once again are allowing us to take over their Pop Up Shop in Smith Street.
We will be opening the doors from Monday the 22nd September for the week and we will have a number of exciting new items that we will be promoting and we will let you know more information closer to the time.
We will of course have a selection of pet supplies, GSPCA goods, bric-a-brac and clothes as well as a display of animals looking for good homes.
Today the GSPCA have been at the OSA recruitment Pop Up Shop with a selection of other charities to speak to the community about volunteering.
With the sun shining, the GSPCA would like to thank OSA Recruitment, Volunteer.gg, Association of Guernsey Charities and the Community Foundation for the chance to join some great causes in St Peter Port to spread the word of helping animals in Guernsey through Volunteers Week.
The GSPCA would like to make a number of thanks for a wonderful week which has started Pet Adoption Month and also World Stray Animal Day on Friday 4th April.
From Monday to Thursday last week we were once again invited into the OSA Recruitment Pop Up Shop where we had all sorts on sale to raise funds for the Shelter as well as a number of animals looking for new homes.
The shop had an Easter theme and we had many visitors through the week.
Once again just before Easter the GSPCA are pleased to announce that thanks to OSA Recruitment we will be in town with a Pop Up Easter Shop as Pet Adoption Month Starts.
From Monday the 31st March until Thursday 3rd April the shop will have everything you need for animals this Spring, details and a small selection of animals looking for homes and lots for the kids.

Yesterday Spike Productions invited the GSPCA to the OSA Recruitment Pop Up Shop where they were offering their services to the Animal Shelter and other charities to produce short powerful and engaging videos.
Steve Byrne GSPCA Manager popped down to their set up at the OSA Recruitment Pop Up Shop where Warren Mauger and Daniel d'Avoine from Spike Productions were all set up and very welcoming.
Thank you to all that supported the GSPCA Christmas Pop Up Shop and Late Night Stall on the Pollet during the Thursday nights in the run up to Christmas.
Well over £2,000 was raised between the two and we must thank OSA Recruitment who are based in Smith Street for this wonderful opportunity once again.
Helen Holmes ran the shop and said 'We had all sorts of goodies on sale and even a giant Dulux Old English Sheep Dog on auction, but don't worry he was a cuddly toy.'
From the 16th December the GSPCA will be in Smith Street thanks to OSA Recruitment with our Christmas Pop Up Shop.
The Shop will have some fantastic Christmas gifts for your pets and loved ones as well as a few surprises.
Next week we will have a Giant Dulux Dog in the window for ‘How Much Is That Doggy in the Window?’.
The GSPCA believe that pets should NOT be given as presents unless they are of the cuddly toy description, which there will be a good selection at the Pop Up Shop.
This Easter and from tomorrow the GSPCA are pleased to announce that thanks to OSA Recruitment we will be in town with a Pop Up Easter & Cupcake Shop.
During Easter Week the shop will have everything you need for animals this Spring, Cupcakes to celebrate the second GSPCA Cupcake Week and lots for the kids.
With only a week to go the GSPCA are appealing for volunteers to help with our Easter Pop Up Shop in Smith Street from Saturday 25th March 2013 and setting it up next Friday.
The Shop will have lots of Easter goodies for you and your pets as well as a treasure hunt around St Peter Port to keep the children entertained.
