GSPCA Offering Emergency Boarding for Pets Displaced by Storm Goretti
Following the devastation caused by Storm Goretti, the GSPCA is offering emergency boarding facilities for pets whose owners have been displaced due to storm damage. We have already assisted several families and are ready to help more islanders in need.
If you require boarding space for your pets, please visit our website at www.gspca.org.gg for details or call 257261. Please note that due to ongoing storm damage, our main phone lines and fibre remain down, and we currently have limited access on-site. Only our emergency number is operational at this time, and we are working with Sure to restore full service as soon as possible.
Our team continues to clear debris and repair damage across the site while caring for the animals. Sadly, we have already started to see casualties from the storm, and your support is vital to help us recover and continue providing care.
Steve Byrne, GSPCA Manager, said:

We are here to help and have boarding facilities available to ensure your animals are cared for during this difficult time. The damage caused by Storm Goretti is significant, and we urgently need donations to help with repairs and the care of animals affected by the storm. Every contribution makes a real difference."
