On a very wet windy Sunday the GSPCA joined the Alternative Solutions Guernsey 2018 Waterfront Marathon for their Seafront Sunday.

Despite a wet and windy day we’d like to thank all that supported and helped our GSPCA stall.

Michelle Champion GSPCA staff member said “Sadly it was a very wet and windy day at the Alternative Solutions Guernsey 2018 Waterfront Marathon Seafront Sunday but a huge thank you to all that supported and helped as well as a thank you to the organisors for the kind invite.”

Steve Byrne GSPCA Manager said “This is the last Seafront Sunday we’ve been invited to in 2018 and we have to say a huge thanks to all the wonderful events we have been able to attend and we are already looking to arrange our Animal Welfare Seafront Sunday in 2019.”

“We currently have 3 events we are looking for helpers to volunteer this September, those being selling raffle tickets at Le Friquet Garden Centre on Saturday 9th September, our flag day at Alliance on Saturday 29th September and at the Peter Rabbit event at Beau Cinema on Sunday 30th September and if anyone can help please call 257261 or email [email protected] .”

“If anyone is looking to help volunteer at the GSPCA this Monday at 630pm we have the next induction evening and all are welcome.”

If you would like to help at one of our upcoming events or book a table at our Ball please give Michelle a call on 257261 or email [email protected]
