Wonderful Round Table Christmas Fayre - thank you all involved

On Sunday despite the awful weather a team of GSPCA volunteers headed to Beau Sejour to join the wonderful annual Round Table Christmas Fayre.
The team arrived and started to set up at 8am ready for the droves that arrived when the doors opened at 9.45am.
Helen Holmes, Jo Fox, Joseph Fox and Steve Byrne were kept very busy all day serving the many customers who shopped for their gifts off our stall, Christmas cards, teddies and playing the many games we took along.
We really couldn't have managed without all that came along to help and we would like to thank the volunteers, the organisors from the Round Table and all that supported on the day.
Steve Byrne GSPCA Manager said "It's a busy time during the run up to Christmas with many events and without doubt one of the highlights is the Round Table Christmas Fayre."
"The Saturday night and Sunday morning was extremely challenging at the Shelter due to the weather but when we got to the fayre we didn't stop from setting up at 8am to getting the van back to the Shelter at 6pm."
"We are so lucky to have such a wonderful and dedicated GSPCA volunteer team who give their time to help raise the much needed funds for the many animals in our care."
"We have had a quick count and we raised over £600 which is fantastic and a huge thank you from all at the GSPCA."
"It is amazing every time we go to the Round Table Christmas Fayre to see so many amazing charities, an outstanding number of volunteers and such fantastic support to a truly lovely day, well done to all at the Round Table."
