Baby Barn Owl back in the wild

Back in late July the GSPCA Ambulance Collection Officer Geoff George helped rescue a baby Barn Owl in Castel. The young bird was severely thin and very close to loosing her life. The GSPCA would like to thank both Millard & Co Ltd and Greenman Motorcycle Club  for their amazing efforts in the raffle for the Shakey Byrne Helmet recently. A grand total of £900 was raised and split between the GSPCA and Headway, two local Guernsey charities.
