Yesterday morning we were brought in another bird affected by the Torrey Canyon. There are a number of birds nesting around Chouet and yesterday morning a caring member of public found a young kestrel with oiled feathers. Specsavers Volunteer at the GSPCA

On Friday last week the GSPCA welcomed a team of 11 Specsaver staff who spent the day volunteering at the Shelter. Slippery snake does a Houdini act

Just over a week ago a stray snake arrived at the Shelter after being brought in by ACO Geoff George. The snake was spotted basking in the sun and was placed safely in a container where she spent several days before doing a Houdini act. The little lady managed to escape and Shelter staff are now...

Students from Les Beaucamps Year 10 are doing a Sponsored Biathlon for the GSPCA

Summer Fayre still happening today but please use public transport, arrive on foot or share lifts as parking is limited

With the weather we will still be having an indoor fete on site and at least one class for the dog show. We are however asking those coming along to use public transport, come on foot or share lifts as parking has had to be limited.
