Carey Olsen staff rescue Carey the stray canary – is your canary missing?

This afternoon the GSPCA were called to the offices of Carey Olsen for a stray budgie. When we arrived the budgie was in fact a canary, but the kind staff had managed to safely catch the lost bird and call the team at the GSPCA. At lunch time today the 3rd Guernsey poorly grey seal pup was rescued at Fort Doyle. Storms always cause issues for our seals whether they cause seperation of pups from their Mums or injuries and with all the bad weather we have seen this season today the 7th seal pup arrived at the GSPCA.
