We are appealing for help for this Sundays dog show and summer fayre.

If you have tombola or raffle items that you can donate for the day please either pop them into the Animal Shelter or on the day to the event at Fairfields.

Also if you can help most volunteers are arriving from 9.30am on Sunday to help set up.

This Sunday 2nd June the GSPCA will be holding a fun dog show and summer fayre at Fairfields in Castel. 

There will be plenty of parking for a donation in the field next to the show ground where marshal's will be on hand.

What’s happening?

The day starts at 11am and the Dog Show from 12.30 - 4pm (50p a class)

There is no need to pre enter your dog just please turn up on the day.

The judge on the day will be Bernard the GSPCA Mascot Dog with some helpers.  The classes will be - 

1. Best Puppy Bitch Under 1 year
2. Best Puppy Dog Under 1 year
3. Prettiest Bitch 1 -7 years
4. Most Handsome Dog 1 -7 years
5. Public vote dog from class 1-4 winners
6. Best Veteran Bitch 7 years +
7. Best Veteran Dog 7 years +
8. Best Rescue Bitch
9. Best Rescue Dog
10. Public vote from class 6-9 winners
11. Waggiest Tail
12. The Dog Most like its owner
13. Fancy Dress
14. Best Trick
15. Judges favourite

Also there will be -

Children’s entertainment - Bouncy castle, duck netting game, football game, catch the rat (remember we are the GSPCA so no splatting) and lots more

GSPCA stalls / stands

BBQ, cakes and refreshments

Pup cake competition

Tombola

Plant stall

Face painting

An ice-cream van

and lots more.........

If you would like to volunteer then please do get in touch and if you can help on the  day then please arrive from 9.30am.

If you have any items you would like to donate to our Tombola please pop them along on the day or drop them into the Animal Shelter in St Andrews.
