We have already had a number of bids on the 62 dolphins starting at £500 being emailed to [email protected].
This week thanks to the incredible staff at Artex all 61 Guernsey dolphins from the Dolphin Discovery Trail in aid of Autism Guernsey and GSPCA have been collected, with the final dolphin on route when the weather is fine from Herm.
The dolphins have been an incredible spectacle for islanders and visitors alike with over 1000 participants with the turfapp treasure hunt app.
What’s Next?
- Currently artists have the chance to carry out any TLC at the GSPCA on their works of art up until Friday 12th September please email [email protected] to arrange access or call 257261
- Some, hopefully all of the dolphins will be brought together for Charities Seafront Sunday on 14th September, giving everyone a chance to see them up close.
- Monday – Wednesday 15th -17th Dolphins will be on show at the Peninsula Hotel
- Wednesday 17th from 10am the team will be at the Peninsula Hotel to take reserve bids and help with any queries such as with tickets
- The Dolphin Discovery Auction will take place at the Peninsula Hotel on 17th September,

- The winner of the treasure hunt will be announced at the Dolphin Auction on Wednesday 17th September at the Peninsula Hotel, where the beautifully decorated dolphins will find their forever homes.

- If you decide to attend the event please let us know
- Your bid may feature on social media but your details will remain anonymous unless we are otherwise instructed that you are happy to share
- From next week bids will be shown on the website

The funds raised will make a real difference to the animals in our care and the vital work we do.
