GSPCA Animal Welfare Seafront Sunday (3rd May) & Charities Seafront Sunday (17th May)
Call for Musicians, Singers, Buskers & Entertainers to Perform at Guernsey’s Biggest Charity Events
The GSPCA is delighted to announce preparations for two of the biggest community events in the island charity calendar: Animal Welfare Seafront Sunday on Sunday 3rd May 2026 and Charities Seafront Sunday on Sunday 17th May 2026.
Both events take place along the St Peter Port seafront from 10am until 4pm, bringing together thousands of islanders for a spectacular day of fun, community spirit, animal welfare awareness, and celebration of Guernsey’s incredible charitable sector.
As part of the entertainment programme for both days, the GSPCA and the Association of Guernsey Charities are inviting musicians, singers, bands, performers, dancers, buskers, street entertainers and anyone with a talent to share to help create a vibrant and memorable atmosphere.
From acoustic musicians to children’s entertainers, choirs, solo vocalists, dance groups, drummers and more – all are warmly welcomed to get in touch.
GU10 Confirmed to Perform at Both Events
We are thrilled to confirm that GU10, Guernsey’s much‑loved sea shanty group, will be supporting both Seafront Sundays once again, helping to fill the seafront with music and community energy.
We would love to add many more acts alongside them throughout the day, including performances on the main stage and across the event zones.
How to Get Involved
If you are a performer or entertainer and would like to help support either or both events, please email:
Whether you’re an experienced performer or someone who enjoys busking casually, this is a great chance to showcase your talent, support local charities, and be part of two of the island’s most popular community days.

Quote – Steve Byrne, GSPCA Manager & Director of the Association of Guernsey Charities
“These two Seafront Sundays are the biggest dates in the GSPCA and Association of Guernsey Charities calendars. They are wonderful celebrations of community spirit, animal welfare and the incredible work carried out by charities across the island.
We are appealing to musicians, singers, performers and entertainers of all kinds to get involved and help us create an unforgettable atmosphere on both days. Whether you’re a busker, a choir, a band, a dance group or someone who just loves to perform, we’d love to hear from you.
These events rely on the generosity of volunteers, entertainers and supporters, and getting involved is a fantastic way to make a positive difference while enjoying two of Guernsey’s most loved community days.”*
