The team at the GSPCA always love to meet and show those keen on helping animals and we are always incredibly humbled how wonderful those in their young years can be when it comes for caring for animals.
On the 20th June Tim Pellett GSPCA Community and Training Officer greeted pre-school boys and girls from Little Cottage Daycare who came bearing kind gifts for the animals.
Tim said “Last month I had the pleasure of greeting Little Cottage Daycare boys and girls last month.”
“With an average age of 3.5 we had a 30 minute mini tour where they got to see close up the rabbits and small furries in Mr Blacks, Bunny Hop Hill, tortoise and some of our aviary birds.”
“They seemed to really enjoy their tour and before they left I thanked them all individually as did the Manager Steve for their kind donations of wet and dry pet foods, veggies and bird seed.”

“One of our main aims we were founded on 146 years ago was education and daily we not only learn ourselves but we share that with all ages in how to care for and help animals.”
“It is rare for a day to go by that we aren’t giving a tour or running an educational talk or display at the GSPCA.”
“We love to hear from anyone that wants to see our work and there are many options man of which are on our website or please do get in touch.”
