Vacancies at the GSPCA – Last Day to apply for the Animal Care Manager Role – New positions available including Supervisor Animal Care & Welfare Team Member & also Receptionist
Today is the last day to apply for the GSPCA Animal Care Manager role which is a new position to help with the smooth running of the GSPCA.
Today we are also advertising two further positions to help with the smooth running of the GSPCA.
Two of our wonderful team are moving on for new challenges although they are still part of our team which has opened up the following roles –
- Full Time Supervisor Animal Care & Welfare Team Member
- Receptionist with admin duties (we would consider all full and part time applications)
Both roles we are looking for candidates with excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast paced work environment with daily challenges from animal cruelty cases to the services we provide.
With a team of 50 staff and over 800 volunteers helping every year and a range of professional services, charity objectives, legal responsibilities, events, visitors and 1000’s of animals through the doors 24/7 365 days a year we are looking for candidates which can work towards helping our community as part of our team.

“As these wonderful team members move on it opens the door for those looking on a new challenge and we are looking for a Full Time Supervisor Animal Care & Welfare Team Member to join our senior team to lead a very busy Animal Shelter and provide the support and guidance needed on a daily basis for the many challenges we face.”
“We are also looking ideally for a Full Time Receptionist keen to work on the front line and help with other admin duties, although we would consider a job share with part time candidates.”
“Today is also the last day for those wishing to apply for the Animal Care Manager role which is a deputy role to myself with all the challenges this role entails ensuring the Shelter runs 24/7 365 days a year.”
“We do welcome applicants for Animal Care and Welfare roles although we have recently short listed and recruited for new team members in this area but can keep forms on file for the next time we are looking to recruit staff.”
