The GSPCA is excited to announce the launch of our new online boarding booking system to make it easier than ever for pet owners to secure a place for their furry friends at our animal shelter in St Andrews, Guernsey.
Pet owners whose animals have previously boarded with the GSPCA can now book their pets in online by visiting:

Simply enter your email you have registered to your account and click "Forgotten password" to receive your login details. Once logged in, you’ll be able to view your pets currently on record with us and choose which ones you wish to book in, along with the dates required.
Please note:
- The system currently only works for pets who have previously boarded with us.
- During this trial period, online bookings are limited to just over half our total capacity, so if you receive a “no room” message, please contact us directly at admin@gspca.org.gg or call 01481 257261.
- A fixed deposit of £18 per booking (rather than the standard 50% per day) is taken via PayPal.
- Once submitted, your booking will be reviewed by the GSPCA team, and a confirmation will be sent.
- We kindly ask that owners email us at admin@gspca.org.gg to let us know what they’ve booked and when, so we can ensure everything is working smoothly during this trial.
GSPCA Manager Steve Byrne said:
"We're delighted to be trialling this new online booking system, which we hope will offer added convenience to our valued supporters. With the ongoing Big Build project and reduced kennel capacity, anything that helps streamline our services while ensuring excellent care for animals is a big step forward. We encourage owners to try it out and share any feedback with our team."
Due to the Big Build, we have temporarily lost 10 kennels, which limits our capacity. We are doing everything we can to maintain the highest level of care for every animal during this time of development and change.

Please remember, a non-refundable and non-transferable deposit of at least 50% is required to secure any booking—higher for online bookings due to the fixed deposit system.
