After the most incredibly difficult year in living memory to GSPCA are appealing for your support this Christmas.

There are many ways to support our work but to help us this Christmas and our Last Minute Christmas Appeal for Animals in Guernsey please go to https://giving.gg/donate/event/6960/Last-minute-Christmas-Appeal-for-animals-in-Guernsey

With over 3000 animals through our doors in 2020 and over 300 in our care our 24/7 work doesn’t top over the festive period.

Animals around the clock need our care and the GSPCA team ensure the Animal Shelter and Ambulance are manned 365 days a year.

Steve Byrne GSPCA Manager said “We’ve launched our Last Minute Christmas Appeal for Animals in Guernsey which you can donate by going to https://giving.gg/donate/event/6960/Last-minute-Christmas-Appeal-for-animals-in-Guernsey .”

“2020 has been incredibly difficult for us all and with so few fund raisers and so few boarding animals despite being the busiest year on record for wildlife we have really struggled bringing in the much needed funds to provide our 24/7 service.”

“To care for the hundreds of animals in our care and ensure we operate and help animals around the clock costs over £2000 a day.”

“This Christmas please support our Last Minute Christmas Appeal for Animals in Guernsey or maybe you could help by becoming a regular donor and ensure we can help the 1000’s of animals in need every year.”

“This Christmas you can help make a real difference helping animals in need and to become an Angel Pen Pal Sponsor please click this link to download a form, collect one form the GSPCA or call 01481 257261 for us to post one out to you - http://www.gspca.org.gg/sites/default/files/Angel%20sponsor%20form%20Christmas%20special.pdf .”

“Without your support we couldn’t achieve so much, educate about animal welfare, rescue, rehabilitate, rehome and do so much more.”

“Please do see the many details of the way you can support our work at www.gspca.org.gg pop in or call 01481 257261.”

“From all the team at the GSPCA and animals we thank everyone for their support in 2020, wish you a Merry Christmas and hope you can support our Appeal to raise £15,000 to care for all the animals over the Christmas and New Year Period.”
